The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery Areas
We ship within Germany and to Austria.
In addition, we generally ship to countries outside the European Union, with the exception of the United States of America (USA).
We do not currently ship to other European Union member states due to the current PPWR law.
Austria is an exception to this rule.
We currently do not ship to the following EU countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.
We are also currently unable to ship to the United States of America (USA).
Domestic Shipments (Germany)
Standard shipping

Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Delivery is climate-neutral via DHL GoGreen or GLS.
For orders totaling €149.00 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.
Delivery to a DHL Packstation
We offer you the option to have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. To do so, please select DHL shipping.

Express Shipping Within Germany
For orders placed by 12:00 p.m.:
We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Please note that UPS Express and UPS Express by 12:00 PM are delivered only Monday through Friday. If a shipment is sent on a Friday, delivery will generally take place the following Monday.
Austria
Depending on the shipping method, delivery is handled by DHL GoGreen, GLS, or UPS.
Switzerland
We deliver your order to Switzerland within 2–5 business days.
Shipping and customs clearance are handled by our service partner, MeinEinkauf.ch. You will not incur any additional import duties or customs fees.
PostPac Priority: €24.90

For returns from Switzerland to Germany, we charge the applicable fees from our partner MeinEinkauf.ch, which amount to €24.90.
Shipping to Countries Outside the European Union
As a general rule, we also ship to countries outside the European Union.
The United States of America (USA) is currently excluded. Delivery to the U.S. is not currently possible.
The following shipping costs apply to deliveries to other non-EU countries:
Standard shipping

Delivery time: approx. 5–10 business days
Depending on the destination country, delivery is handled by DHL GoGreen, Deutsche Post, or UPS.
Express Shipping
Packages up to 2 kg:

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees may apply, depending on the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise expressly stated.
No shipping to other EU member states
We currently do not offer shipping to other European Union member states besides Austria.
Orders with shipping addresses in these countries cannot be processed at this time.
Additional Information
There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will generally ship the items in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 2–5 business days.
For international shipments, the delivery times listed above apply.
If advance payment has been agreed upon, the delivery period begins after you issue your payment order.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and holidays.
