Es gelten folgende Bedingungen:

Die Lieferung der Ware erfolgt weltweit. Die Versandkosten erfolgen innerhalb Deutschlands und EU pauschal, mit Ausnahme der Lieferungen in nicht EU Länder. Hier erfolgt der Versand pauschal, bzw. nach Gewicht, bzw. nach Warenpreis.

Delivery to a packing station:

We offer you the option of having your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. To do this, book DHL shipping. Please use the following address format:

Please make sure you enter the correct postal number and the correct Packstation number to ensure that your shipment can be delivered without any problems.

Expressversand im Inland (Deutschland) Bestellungen bis 12 Uhr:

Wichtiger Hinweis: Feiertage bilden eine Ausnahme – an diesen Tagen erfolgt kein Versand. Bestellungen werden daher am darauffolgenden Werktag verschickt.

UPS shipping: Please note that "UPS Express" and "UPS Express until 12" are only delivered Mon-Fri. If the shipment is made on Friday, delivery will not take place until Monday.

Switzerland (incl. import duties and customs)

We will deliver your order to Switzerland within 2-5 days. Shipping and customs clearance are handled by our service partner MeinEinkauf.ch. There are no additional costs.

For a pending return from Switzerland to Germany, we will charge you the fees of our partner MeinEinkauf.ch in the amount of 24.90 EUR.

Delivery periods
