Sehr gute Ware, sehr gute Kommunikation

Ich habe drei Lederschlüsselanhänger HARRY für Airtags und ein Set Kabelorganizer gekauft. Alles ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet! Sollte viele Jahre halten.
Als ich das kleine Paket bei mir ankam, fehlten zwei Artikel. Vorsichtshalber fragte ich per E-Mail nach, ob das so seine Richtigkeit habe. Tatsächlich musste es sich dabei um einen Fehler beim Verpacken gehandelt haben, dem Shop-Inhaber war das sehr peinlich und das Fehlende wurde umgehend nachgesendet. So ärgerlich das (vor allem für den Shop) ist, wir sind alle nur Menschen, das kann (leider) mal passieren. Ich bin jedenfalls niemandem böse.
Also: Falls es irgendein Problem mit einer Bestellung geben sollte, eine freundliche Kontakaufnahme wird wärmstens empfohlen :D
