About

Let's Do Good

GOOD WILHELM not only manufactures high-quality and fairly produced products made in Germany at a fair price, but has also committed itself to investing 10% of its profits in sustainable environmental projects.
We remain flexible in our choice of projects and do not commit ourselves to fixed partnerships. In this way, we avoid money flowing unnecessarily into administrative expenses instead of ending up in good deeds. Of course, we will keep you regularly updated on social media about where we are involved.

We are currently supporting two projects:

Plastic waste on the beach
Two outstretched hands holding microplastics
A turtle under water with a plastic bag in its mouth

Together with the organization Everwave, we protect the ocean from plastic waste

Everwave is an initiative for sustainable marine protection. The idea is to start disposing of plastic at the point where it makes its way into the oceans: in the rivers. What's more, the creators are not just interested in simply collecting ice, but in returning plastics to a sustainable cycle in a way that creates value.

We think this approach is so GOOD that we donate 10% of our profits to Everwave.

"We don't need a handful of people to do zero waste perfectly. We need millions of people who do it imperfectly."
Anne Marie Bonneau, author

Together we lease 50-year-old primeval beech forest in the Eifel region

The primeval forest project of the well-known forest expert Peter Wohlleben is committed to the preservation of old beech forests in Germany. Old tree populations are not only a habitat for many rare animal and plant species; it also makes much more sense to protect these mightyCO2 guzzlersinstead of trying to compensate for greenhouse gas emissions with newly planted mini trees. We don't have thirty years or more to let the tender little plants grow! New plantings are certainly important, but absolute priority must be given to protecting the old forest stand.

We promote with our MAX coaster coaster and donate the entire sales proceeds. Each coaster finances one square meter of old beech forest for 50 years. Buy one of our coaster sets and make a statement.
