Alcantara is robust for everyday use, but can be damaged in the event of an unfavorable impact on sharp edges. The material is approx. 0.8 mm thick and is also used in the automotive sector - but hard falls are still a challenge.

Please send us a photo (including the order number) and we will take a look at the damage and find a fair solution for you.
