Hi, I received the black Alcantara HUGO case for my black Iphone Air today. I have to admit—much to the chagrin of those around me—that I’m very particular and take great care of my belongings. First impressions. Packaging: Very nice and high-quality. No plastic. A beautiful gray cardboard box with elegant silver lettering. It also comes with a personalized card including care instructions. And the case—the case is simply perfect! This black, flawlessly crafted Alcantara looks absolutely stunning! And as I mentioned, I’m very particular, so I examined the case very closely. My wife says I always find something that isn’t “perfect.” But here, to the amazement of both my wife and me, I have to admit defeat. Wow! Absolutely flawless craftsmanship!! All the buttons and cutouts fit 100%! The case looks so classy and fits perfectly—truly perfectly—on the iPhone Air! It adds absolutely no bulk! The iPhone not only still looks very thin, but it feels that way too! Another great thing is that this is one of the few cases that effectively protects the camera bump thanks to its enclosed design! I’m really thrilled! But just as perfect as the case is, so is the customer service! I’ve rarely experienced anything like this, and others could definitely take a cue from them! After I had issues with a previous product—not because of the craftsmanship, but due to the design—they were more than accommodating! Email exchanges were always quick and prompt. They were even immediately available by phone. Always very polite and respectful. My conclusion: The case isn’t cheap, but thanks to the build quality and the great customer service, it’s worth every penny! I’d buy this case again and again, and future iPhonedevices will also be equipped with and protected by a product from Good Wilhelm . The product and service simply deserve a solid 10 out of 10.
