For our existing range and our latest products, only the best is good enough. Of course, this applies first and foremost to the leather. We have opted for full-grain cowhide, which we purchase from suppliers in Tuscany.

Some of our leather products for personalization contain mulesing-free Merino wool felt. This wonderfully soft, yet hard-wearing and durable material never ceases to delight us and our customers.

The same applies to the tear-resistant thread we use to sew our latest products. It is made from old PET bottles and is therefore a great example of a sustainable raw material cycle.

Wherever our leather products for personalization contain press studs, they are quality products made in Germany.

In the past, present and future, environmental and climate protection have always been a matter close to our hearts. This naturally also applies to the manufacture of our leather products for personalization.

We are of course aware that traditional leather tanning has a significant impact on the environment. That is why we have opted for an environmentally friendly alternative in the form of a vegetable tanning method. This lengthy process produces a very hard-wearing, pleasantly soft leather. It is also particularly skin-friendly, meaning that our latest products are unlikely to cause any allergic skin reactions.

We also select our suppliers for other raw materials based on more than just quality: For our latest products, we also prefer to work with companies that think along similar lines to us when it comes to environmental and climate protection.

How we manufacture our personalized leather products

Almost all of our products are manufactured in Solingen in NRW. Our leather goods are manufactured in our factory there and then sent to us in Hamburg. There we have a high-quality and solid embossing machine with which we can personalize your products as desired.

We make no compromises in terms of quality, sustainability and environmental protection. Our production is done by hand. Tranquillity and care are also very important to us for our leather products for personalization. A fine monogram takes time.

The embossing machine must be brought up to temperature and a test embossing is carried out to check that everything is correct. This also includes the final quality control. Our personalization products are thoroughly checked after embossing. They are only dispatched if we are one hundred percent satisfied. This way we can guarantee that you or the recipient will enjoy the products for a long time. We do not use plastic cushioning material for shipping, instead opting for environmentally friendly alternatives. These protect our individualized and personalized leather products at least as well from transport damage.

Care tips for our personalized leather products

If you choose one of our personalized leather products, you will enjoy it for a long time, because leather is a very elegant, lively, durable and hard-wearing material. Over time, it develops a kind of patina, which also protects it from dirt. But even before that, you can simply wipe off superficial dirt with a damp cloth. Your personalization will also age and develop a patina. The edges of the embossing will become rounder and the embossing will look even more beautiful.

By treating it occasionally with a high-quality leather cream, you can ensure that your personalized product does not become brittle or fragile. To do this, you can use a leather cream that is also suitable for leather clothing, for example. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the leather and work it in with feeling. It then needs a few minutes to work in before you can remove the excess cream with a dry microfiber cloth. Even our latest products do not require more care.
