Is it harder to put the iPhone into the fully enclosed case and take it out again?

Answer: 

No—but our case fits snugly all around and is designed for a particularly precise fit. That's why putting it on and taking it off takes a little practice at first. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's really easy:

iPhone To insert:
First, place one of the top corners (e.g., the top left) into the case. Then press the opposite top corner into place. Next, insert the bottom corners—one at a time—until the iPhone is fully seated in the case.

iPhone To remove it:
(A bit tight at first, but much easier after a few uses)
Hold the iPhone with the display facing you. Apply light pressure with one finger around the camera cutout. At the same time, use your thumbs to loosen the edge of the case so you can lift the device out from the front.
