Luxury Alcantara iPhone case HUGO with Magsafe

Considering that you hold your phone in your hand so much, I was already aware that a case makes a decisive difference to the operation and handling of the phone. After all, our brain and motor-sensory system learns everything it has to deal with all the time. I previously had an original Apple silicone case and couldn't really get used to it. My iPhone 15 Pro is already a little too big for my hands anyway. The silicone case somehow felt slippery overall, despite the fact that it had a slightly velvety feel. However, in situations where it would have been advantageous for it to slip, namely when putting it in the bag or taking it out, it was not slippery again, just like silicone.
The Alcantara cover feels like heaven. I was already familiar with the material from my car seats, but it would never have occurred to me that you could make a wonderful cell phone cover out of it. It feels incredibly high-quality, soft, warm and robust at the same time. It solves all the problems I had before. It has made me enjoy holding my phone. That wasn't the case before. Before, I subconsciously resisted it a little. Without the case, because of the hard iPhone 15 Pro. And with the aforementioned Apple silicone case because of the strange feel for me.
I used to use a leather case from GOOD WILHELM with my iPhone 13 Pro. But I have to say, if there had been an Alcantara case back then, I would have chosen it straight away. I really can't imagine a better case in terms of feel. Before I bought it, I thought it was a bit strange that the bottom edge was cut out. But it turns out that this is exactly the right design decision. The older version of the Alcantara cover doesn't have this cut-out. The new version of the cover rightly has one. The cut-out not only makes it easier to plug the charging cable in and out, but also gives the fingers more grip points and variability to hold the phone in different ways. Because I have learned one thing - it is very beneficial for preventing or curing "smartphone thumb" and the like if you use the phone in different ways - sometimes typing with your thumbs, sometimes typing with your fingers, sometimes holding it in one hand to scroll and sometimes holding it in the other hand, etc. The human hand is not designed for monotonous postures and movements.
The Alcantara cover offers everything needed to operate the phone safely, comfortably and healthily. And last but not least: it is simply great fun to hold.
An unconditional recommendation to buy. Priced in the same range as the Apple. For me, there's really nothing to think about. And no going back.

I bought this Alcantara cover because it looked high quality. Unfortunately, it was very dirty after a short time. I cleaned it exactly according to the manufacturer's care instructions without success.

When I contacted customer service, I was called by my first name on the phone and it was insinuated that the dirt was due to my "profession" or "residue on my hands". I am an IT developer, so I don't work with oil or dirt, this statement was simply disrespectful.

Instead of a factual clarification, I only received a copied standard ChatBot reply with general cleaning tips.
For the price, I expect better material quality and professional treatment of customers.
