The smaller and finer the finished leather wallet, the larger and more elaborate its development. This is exactly what was so appealing about the creation of our ARTHUR men's leather wallet. Just like his brother GUSTAV, we opted for the classic bifold style: open once, et voila.
However, it takes more than a bit of French laissez-faire to make this work as smoothly as it sounds. It's about absolute accuracy.
Sturdy leather with high-quality stitching that is not bulky? Oh yes, ARTUR has become a real tinkering wonder: The card compartments are designed so that they overlap and only the visible parts retain the full thickness of the leather. The inner areas are carefully flattened using a special process. The result is a leather wallet with excellent stability that will never be a burden on your leg, even if you carry ARTHUR in your trouser pocket.
But even if you don't get wet eyes when it comes to fine craftsmanship, ARTHUR's wonderful patina, which it gradually develops as a genuine piece of artisanry, will not let you go. Incidentally, connoisseurs will recognize the vegetable tanning.
