As you have ordered from Switzerland (non-EU, third country), the goods will be shipped via our partner MeinEinkauf.ch, which means that delivery can sometimes take a little longer. The goods must be cleared through customs. However, we understand that waiting and receiving the wrong product was annoying.
It is important to us that we rectified the error immediately and sent you the correct product without delay. You may of course keep the incorrectly delivered cover.
