Unsere Gerberei, im Herzen der Toskana, beliefert uns genau mit dem Leder, welches wir benötigen – Es ist äußerst griffig, fühlt sich toll an und hat einen atemberaubenden Geruch.

Wir gehen soweit zu sagen, dass die Qualität unserer Hüllen dem iPhone in nichts nachsteht.
Je nachdem für welches Modell du dich entscheidest, besteht die Innenseite aus feinem Merino Wollfilz oder aus weicher Mikrofaser. Dadurch bleibt das iPhone immer sauber.

When we talk about wool felt, we are of course only talking about "mulesing-free" wool felt. This is the most species-appropriate way to use wool.

Our thread comes from AMANN. Years ago, they developed a thread made from recycled PET bottles. We have been using this thread since day 1 and are absolutely delighted with it.

It is made from 100% recycled PET bottles that have reached the end of their life cycle. In terms of quality and durability, the thread is in no way inferior to conventional thread. You can find out more about our materials here.

Seit Jahren werden die Handys immer größer. Doch müssen diese auch irgendwo Platz finden.
Unser Hauptanliegen ist es Hüllen zu entwerfen, die möglichst flach und schmal ausfallen. Im Idealfall sollen diese in jeder Hosentasche Platz finden. So auch bei der iPhone 14 Pro Hülle.
Dabei haben wir uns für zwei Varianten entschieden. Ein iPhone 14 Pro Backcover aus Leder und ein iPhone Leder Sleeve mit Zuglasche. Das Backcover bietet dem Gerät einen guten Rundumschutz und lässt dabei alle wichtigen Anschlüsse frei.
Das Sleeve hingegen ist für die Kunden gemacht, die sich ein Apple Gerät auch gerade wegen des Designs gekauft haben.
Die iPhone Hülle Bruno lässt sich übrigens sehr gut mit Apples Magsafe laden.
Damit findet hoffentlich jeder Kunde eine passende Hülle bei uns.

As you may have noticed, our entire production takes place in Germany—the only exception being our Bruno leather cover. Due to a lack of expertise (yes, really), this is manufactured in the Far East. The Bruno leather cover Bruno produced using the folded-edge method. This process is extremely time-consuming and cannot be carried out in Germany.

Made in Germany often means not only the best quality and workmanship, but also high standards in terms of occupational health and safety and wages. For our products, it is particularly important to us to obtain high quality with the best materials. This is exactly what we get when we manufacture in Germany.

We have known our manufacturers for many years and therefore have a high level of trust. We therefore know that our manufacturers take the issue of environmental and climate protection just as seriously as we do.

A leather without chemicals

Looking for a real leather case? So far so good. But not all leather is the same!

We use a centuries-old tanning method to produce our leather: pit tanning. We do not use chemicals, but only plant extracts such as olive leaves or oak bark.

The leather rests for weeks in a so-called "pit" and matures into something very special: Pure vegetable-tanned leather. This leather is the queen of leathers. The feel and smell are really pleasant. Once you have experienced vegetable-tanned leather, you will never want to do without it again.

In contrast to vegetable tanning, no toxic waste water is produced - unfortunately, this is often discharged unfiltered into rivers. Vegetable leather is also very well tolerated by the skin. Allergic reactions are virtually impossible. So if you have daily contact with your device, you should opt for this leather.

After our sleeves have been finished by hand, they undergo a final quality check. Only if we are satisfied can you as a customer also be satisfied.
