Airpods leather case with PAUL carabiner

Perhaps you have already met PAUL's little brother. This one goes by the name of JOHANN and is also a leather headphone case. However, it does not have an attachment option. JOHANN is manufactured using the so-called "folded edge" process. The edges are thinly sharpened, folded over and then glued. This process is very time-consuming and requires a great deal of skill on the part of the precision craftsmen.

The PAUL manufacturing process is no less complex. Here, the leather punched parts are first sewn together and then soaked in distilled water until the leather is completely saturated.

Then a so-called mold core is taken, over which the leather is pulled. The core is worked into the smallest corner with a spatula until the leather case fits perfectly. The Airpod Pro Case then fits like a second skin.

The Apple Airpods case is a great development and a small technological miracle. At least for the non-specialist. The Airpods Pro with their active noise suppression are particularly ingenious.
