The leather iPad case is timelessly chic and sustainable

There is no question that the iPad is a particularly high-quality device. As such, it deserves the best possible protection. Our leather iPad case offers this. We provide your tablet with a protective cover made from full-grain cowhide, which we source from our supplier in Tuscany.

You open the leather iPad case using a YKK zipper. It goes without saying that the zipper does not come into contact with your device and cannot damage it. A hard-wearing and wonderfully soft inside made of 100% merino wool felt is revealed. This protects your iPad from scratches and knocks.

What details does the leather iPad case offer?

It would be a huge understatement to consider the iPad case leather just a protective cover for storing and transporting your tablet. It impresses with its timeless elegance that matches any current fashion.

In addition to the large compartment in which you keep your iPad safe, it has an additional front pocket. This has space for tools and accessories for the device.

The space for your Apple Pencil is located right next to the iPad in the large compartment. This means you always have it to hand at the same time as the tablet.

Where and how is the leather iPad case made?

The material for the leather iPad cases comes from various European countries. For both the leather and all other components, we take care to minimize our impact on the environment and climate.

That's why we use a vegetable tanning process for the leather. Just as with conventional leather processing, this process makes the leather hard-wearing, largely scratch-resistant and durable. However, the process is far better for the environment. You hardly need to worry about allergic reactions either.

We manufacture your leather iPad case by hand in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Here we sew the tanned natural leather and the mulesing-free wool felt with a thread made from 100% recycled PET bottles. In the production of the leather iPad case, we support the raw material cycle without compromising on quality.

Proper care of the leather iPad case

Leather is a visually and haptically very appealing natural material. It is generally hard-wearing and durable. However, it does require a certain amount of care. Light, superficial soiling on your leather iPad case can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.

It is also necessary to grease the leather occasionally. This keeps it flexible and prevents it from becoming brittle. To do this, you can use a leather cream or leather grease, which is also suitable for the care of leather clothing, for example.
Apply a thin layer of leather grease to the material and then leave it to work for several hours. You can then simply wipe off any excess grease from the leather iPad case with a clean microfiber cloth.
