Our new Alcantara case differs from the previous version in several ways. The camera protection is now improved and more robust, as the previous aluminum frame was prone to scratches and did not offer the same level of protection. How does the case protect my iPhone's display?

Our case is designed so that the display sits slightly lower. This means that the display is optimally protected even with an additional screen protector, which we strongly recommend. This prevents the display from coming into direct contact with surfaces, which minimizes scratches and damage.

Nice idea, poor implementation!

Initially, the Alcantara cover made a very high-quality impression - unfortunately, this was deceptive. After just a few weeks, the black frame around the camera protection showed clear color abrasion, even though the cover was treated with extreme care.
The manufacturer simply explained this as "material-related" and offered no solution. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range - neither the durability nor the customer service are convincing. No recommendation.

You ordered the case on August 17 - after almost two months of use, the camera frame is now showing signs of abrasion. The frame is made of anodized aluminum, which is very robust but cannot be dyed through for technical reasons. Due to the design of the iPhones, with the high camera, the case often rests on this area, which can lead to visible abrasion over time during normal use. Our recommendation: If possible, place the case on the display side (recommended with display protection glass!) so that the frame does not rest permanently on the same points and is not moved.

This behavior is typical of the material and affects all aluminium frames on the market - regardless of the manufacturer. However, the frame offers increased protection against falls and ensures the high stability of the cover.
