Our leather goods are made from the best raw materials

There are two aspects on which we make no compromises: quality and environmental and climate awareness. That's why we source our raw materials from European suppliers from whom we can expect the same.

The full-grain leather comes from our in-house supplier Conceria 800 in Italy, Tuscany. We have long been aware of the quality offered here. We also use high-quality merino wool felt in our leather goods. This is naturally mulesing-free and is characterized by its durability and robustness. It is also so stable and strong that it offers technical devices in the leather goods optimum protection against scratches, knocks and dirt.
We sew all leather goods in such a way that they are permanently stable and reliable. This is made possible by a thread that is made from a "waste product". In fact, the material from old PET bottles is given a second life. We therefore support an environmentally friendly raw material cycle in the production of our leather goods.

Climate and environmental protection are not just empty phrases for us

We are convinced that everyone can make a contribution to climate and environmental protection. For example, by using high-quality and, above all, durable leather goods. We also follow this idea with an environmentally friendly, plant-based tanning process. This type of leather production even makes the leather goods more skin-friendly. There is no need to worry about allergic skin reactions or even toxins.

In addition to quality, we are also concerned about the supplier's environmental and climate awareness for all other raw materials. Anyone who thinks along the same lines as we do in these aspects is a good partner to work with.

Where and how are our leather goods made?

The majority of our leather goods are manufactured in NRW. In the knife city of Solingen, we produce high-quality leather goods in our manufactory that you can enjoy for a long time.

We take all the time a high-quality product needs during production, because it is important to us that you appreciate the leather goods and enjoy using them for a long time.

After production, every single piece of our leather goods is subjected to meticulous quality control. Only when we are one hundred percent satisfied do we pass the leather goods on to the shipping department, where we use environmentally friendly packaging material. This ensures that the leather goods reach you without any damage during transportation and, above all, in a sustainable way.

A few more tips on caring for leather goods

With leather goods, you have opted for products that are more durable than many others. What's more, leather hardly needs any care. By nature, it is largely dirt-repellent and develops a kind of patina over time, which gives it additional protection. You can easily remove superficial dirt with a damp cloth.

However, leather goods occasionally need a little leather grease to keep the material nice and supple. To do this, you can use a leather grease that is also suitable for leather clothing.

Apply a thin layer of grease to the leather and work it in gently. It then needs a few hours to work in before you can wipe off any excess grease from the leather with a dry microfiber cloth. This ensures that the leather goods are well cared for and can be used for a long time.
