If you are unhappy with your order or have ordered the wrong size, you can of course return it to us. We want to offer an excellent service and grant you an extra long right of withdrawal of 30 days.

If you are unhappy with your order or have ordered the wrong size by mistake, you can of course return it to us. We want you to be one hundred percent satisfied, which is why we grant you an extra long right of withdrawal of 30 days if you are not satisfied.

How can I return my order?

If you have accidentally selected the wrong size or the product does not meet your expectations, we offer you the option of returning it within 30 days. For your convenience, you can create the return label yourself. To do this, visit our returns portal from GLS.

What are the costs for return shipping?

The direct costs of returning the goods (in accordance with the EU Consumer Directive) are borne by you. This procedure enables us to keep product costs low and thus offer all customers the best possible price. If we were to bear the return costs, this would result in a general price increase for our products. In order to avoid this price increase, we have decided that the costs for returns must be borne by the customers themselves. You have the option of creating a returns label via our portal, for which we charge a fee of 3.99 euros. This amount will be deducted from the purchase price refund. For returns from third countries (non-EU), write the subject: "Return of goods" on the outside of the return shipment and enclose a copy of the invoice so that German customs can track that the shipment is being returned and is not an import.

How long does the refund take after a return?

We will do our best to refund you the purchase price of the returned goods as quickly as possible. The average processing time is 7-10 working days.
If you have paid in advance, please provide us with your bank details when canceling your order. For transfers abroad we need the IBAN and BIC. If you have paid via PayPal or Amazon Pay, the purchase amount will be credited to your payment account.

The warranty period for our products is 24 months and begins with the delivery of the goods. This does not apply to damage caused by natural wear and tear or improper use.
